Straight answers before you commit to anything. If we are not the right place for you, we would rather tell you on the phone than after you have packed a bag.
Guidelines for acceptance
We treat men in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. These are the conditions of admission, in plain terms.
Age
Adults only, 18 and older.
Gender
We treat men only. It is a men’s facility, and that shapes how the groups run. Why men-only treatment works →
Medical
A thorough history and physical examination is done by medical staff when you arrive. If you have had a physical in the last 30 days, bring a copy for your file.
Physical
Everyone is expected to take part in all treatment programs, which means being well enough to function during activities.

How quickly can I be admitted?
Often within a day or two, depending on beds and on what the medical evaluation shows. If we are full we will say so immediately rather than leaving you waiting.
Do I need a physical before I come?
No. One is done here by medical staff when you arrive. If you have had one in the last 30 days, bring a copy and it goes in your file.
What if I need detox first?
